Returns/Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- You can return your items within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, the ribbon and tags must be intact, and the item must be unworn and unwashed. SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
- If the return is initiated within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Returns initiated after 7 days but within the 15-day window will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Any signs of wear, wash, alteration, or missing ribbon and tags will void the return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges if the ribbon and tags are still intact and the item is in perfect, unworn condition.
- You can exchange your item for a different size or color within **15 days of purchase.
- For first-time exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost.
- From the second exchange onwards, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to us and will be charged shipping costs.
- All exchanges must adhere to the condition requirements – no signs of wear or wash, the item must be in its original condition, and the ribbon and tags must be intact.
